Assessments??
I have some question marks for this as in this transition between Common Core and new PARCC testing, I'm not sure of the best way to collect evidence . . .we are also transitioning to a new Progress Report. SO. . . I'm adding some neat things I may want to try in addition to things I have tried. I (and DPS) currently use Marzano's 4 point rubric. I hope this page evolves a lot in the coming months.

The following is a neat kid/teacher friendly checklist for 3rd grade. I think I might use something like this. . .
A note I send home explaining the way I grade assessments. Of course, will need revising for new CCSS and assessments.
